Why Remove A Tattoo?

When people first get tattoos it seems like the cool thing to do. And it probably was at the time. But people grow up, get wiser and sometimes regret the tattoo that they got a while back.

They might have a new love in their life and their old tattoo has the name of their former lover, or spouse. How would you feel if you fell in love with someone and then found out they loved someone else so much that they marked their body permanently with that person's name? Not cool.

It is never easy finding the job of your dreams. It is even harder to find a great job when you have tattoos that are showing and your future employer doesn't like tattoos. Not to mention they are not professional looking no matter who likes them and who doesn't. If you have a tattoo that you like you can always have it redone and put in a hidden spot on your body.

If you were a member of a gang and now are not a member you probably need to remove that gang tattoo right away. Your life may even depend on it. Hopefully you will remove that tattoo ASAP and never join a gang again.

If you have a tattoo that shows hatred or bigotry or profanity it would be good for you to remove it. Not only because it is not cool but you may set yourself up for a serious beat down if someone sees it, doesn't like it and wants to teach you a lesson.

If you have a tattoo that you wish to have partially or completely removed, you should first consider your options and decide which method might be best for you.

Reasons to remove a tattoo:
  • You have a new love in your life
  • You quit a violent gang
  • You need a job
  • You want to be a good example to your kids
  • You tattoo has a hateful message
